Carditone is probably one of most effective, safe, herbal blood pressure remedies we have in our clinic. Many of our patients have happily used it for years, with excellent results. Carditone skillfully blends several Ayurvedic herbs that act synergistically to enhance each other’s actions. It is fairly strong so for mildly high blood pressure, we usually ask patients to track their blood pressure three times per week for the first month or two on Carditone.

Rauwolfia works directly to cause blood vessels to relax and open, to steady the heart rate, and it calms stimulant hormones like norepinephrine, all of which improves blood flow and gently lowers blood pressure.

Terminalia arjuna is traditionally used as a heart support; Tribulus terrestris and Boerhaavia diffusa nourish the kidneys in their roles of maintaining sodium, potassium, and fluid balance; and rose has calming effects.

Convolvulus pluricaulis has calming, anxiolytic and anti-depressive properties, hence its benefits for blood pressure, and possible neuro-protective benefits. It has traditionally been used as a cognitive enhancing herb, and in animal studies, evidence suggests that it promotes learning
