PCNM currently ships only to the continental United States.

FREE Shipping with orders over $45.00

  • Orders under $45 incur a flat shipping rate of $12.00
  • All orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days
  • Package arrival is usually 3-4 business days in the contiguous United States. Delivery may occasionally be later due to weather or holidays and is ultimately out of PCNM’s control once placed with the shipper.  Products are Free on Board upon placement with the shipper.

NOTE: All orders placed before 12 pm during the week will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12 pm on Fridays, during the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Holidays may affect dispatch times.

Shipping can take 10-14 business days for shipments to Alaska. For any inquiries regarding expedited shipping, please contact our office.

Thank you for purchasing PCNM product(s). PCNM values your business and strives to provide the highest quality products. Please review PCNM’s Exchange and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. This Exchange and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Website. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights.  Nothing herein is meant to limit your return or cancellation rights under local law.

 Exchange Policy

You may exchange product(s) purchased from this site within seven (7) days of receiving the order for no extra charge if the product(s) is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect order.

Return Policy

If you change your mind about a product you have ordered, you may request a return for unopened product(s) within seven (7) days of receiving your order for in-store credit only, minus a restocking fee, that can be applied to a future purchase.

Exchange and Return Procedure

PCNM will only exchange or replace products for people who have complied with the following process:

  • All returns must be pre-approved before returning the product(s).
  • Contact the PCNM office at 360-734-0045 within seven (7) days of receiving the order to arrange to:
    • Provide details about the reason for the exchange or return, as well as the product name and order number;
    • Provide photos showing that the product(s) is in new condition and unmarked; and
    • Provide photos of the incurred damage or mis-shipment if appropriate.
  • After review of the information, PCNM will decide on approval of the return or exchange request.
  • No exchanges or returns will be allowed after seven (7) days of receiving the order by the customer.
  • Returned items must be received by PCNM within twenty-one (21) days from the date of return or exchange approval and authorization by PCNM.
  • Items must be returned with the original packaging and invoice.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Specific for Returns:
    • Items must be in new condition, unmarked, and unopened
    • Perishable products may not be returned
    • For authorized returns, customers are responsible for all restocking and return shipping fees; the current restocking fee is 25% of the retail cost paid.
