This delicious, aromatic beverage uses easily-available foods, as medicine made at home. We especially recommend it for colds, coughs, and sinus congestion:
Into a cup, put:
1 large garlic clove, crushed
½ tsp. grated fresh ginger root
The juice of ½ a lemon
½ -1 tsp. honey
A generous pinch of cayenne pepper.
Fill with boiling water, stir well.
Drink it all, including the ginger and garlic particles.
Take 1 to 3 cups daily, for 2 to 6 days.
